There is a charge of £106.80 per person for processing the references, £180.00 for the check-in including Inventory Checks, and £132.00 for contract completion. All fees are inclusive of VAT.  

The holding deposit, usually equal to the weekly rental amount, is held by us as agents for the Landlord, not to cover loss but as a financial commitment.

 

 

This holding deposit is non-refundable should you pull out or you do not pass reference checks, except in the case of the Landlord withdrawing the property for reason not relating to the persons paying the holding deposit, prior to contracts having been signed.

 

If your application is successful, upon completion the holding deposit will be transferred to become part of the main deposit which is usually 6 weeks so you will have another 5 weeks to pay making 6 weeks in total.
